These terms apply to the use of this website (waiting list, member account, community content). Orders in our online shop (shop.onefam.ch) are governed exclusively by the separate terms and conditions published there.

OneFam is a clothing brand with its own online shop and a community for people who belong to more than one place. What matters to us is holding together and sharing values (see «The Family Code»).

Our long-term goal is to make shared travel possible one day. That is a statement of intent, not an offer: there is currently no travel pool programme, no allocation of travel places and no entitlement whatsoever to a trip or any other benefit. Statements about this goal on our website are non-binding and do not constitute any assurance.

• Joining is free and does not require a purchase.
• We collect your email address; giving a name is optional.
• By joining you consent to receiving emails from us about OneFam.
• You can withdraw that consent at any time and without giving reasons – via the unsubscribe link in every email or informally to info@onefam.ch.
• Joining does not create membership, participation in any selection, or an entitlement to any benefit.

We only send promotional emails to people who signed up themselves, and every message points out how to unsubscribe (Art. 3 para. 1 lit. o of the Swiss Unfair Competition Act).

For certain areas you can sign in with your email address; signing in works through a login link, without a password. You are responsible for protecting access to your email account. We may suspend or delete accounts if these terms are breached. There is no entitlement to the provision or the continued existence of an account.

In future we intend to offer people who have ordered from our shop additional features – such as a non-binding vote on a possible future destination and a world map. These features are not available at present. Should we offer them, they are a voluntary thank you with no monetary value. They create no entitlement to a trip, to the implementation of a voting result or to any other benefit, and we may change or discontinue them at any time.

This website currently runs no competition, no raffle and no gambling within the meaning of the Swiss Gambling Act (BGS). No stake is placed, no selection is carried out and no prize of monetary value is held out.

Should we introduce an allocation of travel places in future, it will happen exclusively on the basis of our own terms of participation, published in advance, and after a prior legal review.

Orders are concluded exclusively via shop.onefam.ch; the terms and conditions published there apply, including the rules on prices, shipping, withdrawal and warranty. A purchase grants no advantages beyond the extra features named in section 5.

You undertake to respect the values of the community («The Family Code»), to give accurate information and not to manipulate our services – in particular not through multiple or third-party sign-ups, entering other people's email addresses or automated access. In case of breaches we may remove entries and accounts.

We provide this website free of charge and do not owe any particular availability. We may change, restrict or discontinue content and features at any time.

All content on this website – in particular texts, images, graphics, logo and designs – is protected and may not be used outside ordinary private use without our prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, OneFam's liability for damages in connection with the use of this website is excluded. Excepted are damages caused by gross negligence or intent, as well as cases of mandatory statutory liability.

We may adjust these terms at any time. The version published at the time of use applies.

Swiss law applies exclusively. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the provider's registered office in Basel.
