Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026
Protecting your data matters to us. This policy tells you which personal data we process when you visit this website and which rights you have. It follows the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
1. Controller
Responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
OneFam — Einzelfirma
Inhaber: Labinot Bajrami
Riehenstrasse 236, 4058 Basel, Schweiz
E-Mail: info@onefam.ch
Telefon: +41 76 225 80 58
2. Scope
This policy applies to this website (onefam.ch). Our online shop at shop.onefam.ch runs on a separate platform and has its own privacy policy. Orders, customer accounts and payments in the shop are governed exclusively by the provisions published there.
3. Principles
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. We process data in accordance with the principles of good faith, proportionality and purpose limitation – and only as far as it is necessary to operate this website.
4. Server log files and hosting
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects data and stores it temporarily in what are known as server log files. This includes:
- the IP address of the accessing device
- the date and time of access
- the page or file requested
- the previously visited page (referrer URL)
- browser type and version as well as the operating system
This data serves solely the technical operation, the security and the stability of the website and is not combined with other data sources.
The hosting provider is Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Processing takes place partly on servers outside Switzerland (see section 10).
5. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar). No usage profiles are created and no data is passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
We use strictly necessary cookies only: when you sign in, your browser stores a session cookie so that you stay logged in. Without this cookie signing in does not work. If you do not sign in, no cookies are set. Should we use further cookies in future, this policy will be adjusted and – where required – your consent obtained.
6. Waiting list (newsletter)
If you join our waiting list, we process your email address, a name if you choose to give one, and the time you signed up. The sole purpose is to keep you informed about OneFam. The basis is your consent.
You can unsubscribe at any time – via the unsubscribe link in every email or informally to info@onefam.ch. We then delete your entry. We do not pass this data on to third parties and do not use it to advertise other companies.
7. Member account and database
For signing in we process your email address as well as technical details about the session. Signing in works through a login link sent by email; we do not store a password. If you have ordered from our shop, we additionally store the information that an order exists, in order to unlock extra features for you.
Waiting list and account data are stored with Supabase (Zurich region, Switzerland). Emails are sent through a service provider that processes the addresses exclusively on our behalf.
8. Getting in touch
If you contact us by email, phone or through a messenger service, the details you provide (e.g. name, contact details and the content of your message) are stored and used to handle your enquiry. We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
9. Messengers and social media
On this website we link to external platforms and messenger services (including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Threema). These links are plain references – simply opening our website transmits no data to those providers. Only when you click a link do you reach the respective platform, where their own data protection provisions apply and over whose data processing we have no influence. If you contact us through a messenger, your data is additionally processed via that provider's servers.
10. Transfer of data abroad
In the course of hosting and when using messenger and social media services, data may be transferred abroad – including to the USA. A transfer only takes place where an adequate level of data protection is ensured or suitable safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are in place, as the FADP requires.
11. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the respective purposes or as statutory retention periods require. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
12. Data security
This website is delivered encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
13. Your rights
Under the applicable data protection law you have in particular the following rights:
- information about the data processed about you
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion or destruction of your data
- restriction of processing and objection to processing
- release or transfer of your data
A message to the contact details given above is enough to exercise them. To handle your request we may have to verify your identity.
14. Right to complain
You have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern (www.edoeb.admin.ch).
15. Changes to this policy
We may adjust this privacy policy at any time, for instance if the data processing or the legal situation changes. The version published on this website at the time applies.
